Shipping and Handling

The Dry Dock Boat Service, Inc. Website uses DHL Shipping. During the checkout process, the total weight of the order is calculated, and an automatic query of the DHL system is done to quote the total cost of shipping to whichever zip code has been specified in the order's shipping address.

All Hazardous Materials ground shipments will have a fee of $10.00 per carton in addition to normal ground freight charges. *

Back Order Policy

• Any merchandise back ordered will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the out-of-stock item.

Sales Tax

• Sales tax of 6.5% must be added on all merchandise shipped within the state of Ohio.

• We are not perfect, We apologize for any mistakes in text or graphics. Corrections will be made immediately. Dry Dock is not responsible for any errors or omissions.

Warranties

• Dry Dock disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied. Only manufactures warranties apply.

Returns

• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return within 10 days of receipt and include a copy of original receipt.
  
• After 7 days there is a 20% restock fee.
  
• No returns after 15 days.
  
• No returns on Special Order Items

• No return on Installed Parts
  
• All returns must be in original packing and in re-sellable condition. No refunds will be allowed on used merchandise.
